Oklahoma School for the Deaf

The ASL Learning Opportunity is a unique two-day event focusing on teaching families and professionals  American Sign Language. This unique event includes several workshops, small class and one-on-one attention that will focus on Deaf culture, ASL and much more. The event offers more than 7 hours of ASL class instruction.

Topics covered through out the weekend include:

  • Small group ASL Classes
  • One-on-one instruction when needed
  • Etiquette
  • Fingerspelling
  • Numeral Incorporation
  • Sport signs
  • Jargon
  • All those signs you want to know but are afraid to ask

This unique two day event is open for anyone 16 years old and up.  All levels and abilities are welcome.  A light breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided Saturday, a light breakfast and lunch will be provided Sunday. A limited number of scholarships are available for parents.  Space is limited, register soon. Cost is only $200.00 per person.
