The Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) is the first educational plan for the ‘whole family.’ The IFSP is a legal document mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, (IDEA-Part C), that details the “how to’s” to creating positive developmental outcomes for your deaf child from birth to 3 years old.
