The American Society for Deaf Children and the Convention of American Instructors of the Deaf proudly announce their collaboration in presenting the first annual Foundations of Literacy Conference.
ASDC and CAID are working together to create an informative, innovative, and interactive experience for both presenters and attendees that supports progressive literacy and language development for Deaf/HH children/students.
We are currently accepting abstract submissions for the 2023 Literacy Conference being held October 19-21, 2023 in Charleston, SC at the Francis Marion Hotel.
Abstracts are due no later than February 6, 2023.
Presenters will be notified no later than February 28, 2023. Conference registration fee will be waived for all selected presenters. Presentations will be 60 minutes, 45 minute presentation, 15 minutes for Q&A.
