Introducing the ASDC Gives Back Series: A Holiday Gift for Families
The holiday season is a time for connection, inspiration, and giving—and we at ASDC want to give back to the incredible families and communities we serve. That’s why we’re thrilled to launch the ASDC Gives Back Series: a month-long celebration of learning, joy, and support for families of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing children.
What is the ASDC Gives Back Series?
Every Wednesday in December, we’re sharing a special “gift” with our community: free workshops, classes, and live events designed to connect, inspire, and support families just like yours. From practical tips for navigating the holiday season to fun, family-friendly activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
And the best part? It’s all completely free, accessible in ASL, and interpreter-supported—because inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
December Highlights:
✨ December 4th: Supporting Your D/HH Child’s Wellbeing During the Holidays
We’re kicking things off with this impactful workshop recording, available for free from December 4–11. Learn practical strategies to help your child thrive through the joys and challenges of the holiday season. Bring the family together for a workshop that makes language learning engaging and enjoyable. (Hint: We’re bringing back a fan favorite!)
